Introduction

Weak cationic cold-water soft flake ETS is a fatty acid organic amine compounds.

Basic Character

Appearance: cream white flake

Ionicity: weak cation

10% diluted emulsion: milky liquid

Application Fields

Apply to soft finishing of cotton, chemical fiber, denim, knitted fabric and washed fabric.

Diluted Method

ETS: 50~100kg

Water: 950~900kg

Stirring: Cold water:       add flake into 30℃ water with stirring for 2 hours.

Hot water:        add flake into 65~70℃ water with stirring to dissolution.

Usage Amount for Reference

Dipping Process: 10% flake ETS    3~10 %( o.w.f)

              Temperature       40~50℃

               Bath ratio        1:10~15
