Introduction

Super smooth and soft silicone oil RH-NB-8113 is a linear multivariate copolymerization block modified silicone softener.

Advantage

(1) Endow fabric excellent soft and smooth feeling.

(2) Can be used with fluffy silicone oil to reach better hand feeling.

(3) No sticky to roller, no float oil, no demulsification.

Basic Character

Appearance: transparent to light yellow liquid

Ionicity: weak cationic

Soild contention: 61-62%

Application

Apply to polyester, polyester/cotton, polyester/nylon and nylon/cotton etc.

Usage Amount for Reference

RH-NB-8113 can be diluted to 1:3~1:5.

(1) Dipping Process:   RH-NB-8113 diluted emulsion   3-5%(o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process:   RH-NB-8113 diluted emulsion   10-30g/L

Package

100kg or 190kg plastic barrel.

Storage

Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.

Emulsification Method

RH-NB-8113： 100kg

Water:        200kg

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8113 to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;

2. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

3. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

4. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

5. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

6. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes;

7. Slowly add rest water while stirring, add rest acid water, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes.

Notice: Must use high speed machine, last time can add water slowly.
