Introduction

Cold-water soft flake HRT is a fatty acid organic amine compounds.

Basic Character

Appearance: beige flake

Ionicity: weak cationic

pH: 4~6 (10% diluted solution)

Application Fields

Applied for soft and smooth finishing of cotton, polyester/cotton and chemical fiber..

Applied for fuzzing and napping finishing of yarn.

Can be used in dyeing factory.

Characteristics and Advantages

Endow fabric soft, smooth and smooth hand feeling;

Low foam;

Tiny yellowing.

Diluted Method

HRT: 50~100kg

Water: 950~900kg

Stirring:

Cold water: add flake into 30℃ water with stirring for 2 hours.

Hot water:  add flake into 50~60℃ water with stirring to dissolution.

Usage Amount for Reference

Diluted to 10% concentration

Dipping Process: Dilution      3-10 %( o.w.f)

              Temperature    40~50℃

              Bath ratio      1:10~15

          Time         30min

Padding Process:20-50g/L
